Jerry began his career working on prestigious homes in Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Carmel Valley, including the Firstone Residence. The high level of detail and precision required on these projects laid the foundation for Dactts Construction, which he founded in 1998. His first project was fully designed, drafted, and built under permitted plans—a standard the company still follows today. 

As a custom cabinet maker and Certified General Contractor (CGC), Jerry is able to streamline kitchen and bath remodels from design through completion. Experience building custom homes up to 8,000 square feet and working closely with structural engineers allows Dactts to expand spaces and address load-bearing walls efficiently and creatively.
